Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

We require $30 deposit on all bookings taken over phone or via email. This can be paid with either credit card or direct deposit. With the online booking system 30% fee to cancel within 24 hours, 50% no show fee.

We value your time, our time & the service that we provide. So last minute cancellations cost us dearly if we are unable to re-fill the appointment. 
So in order to be able to afford to continue operating we must strictly enforce our cancellation policy.   

• If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please give us 24 hours advance notice to ensure that you will not be charge for the appointment. 
• If less than 24 hours notice is given and we are unable to fill your time slot, you will be expected to pay the deposit fee as mention above.
